The third edition of FIDAAC, the Travelling Colombian Media Arts Festival (Festival Itinerante de Artes Audiovisuales Colombianas) will be taking place at the 13th Vancouver Latin American Film Festival.

FIDAAC develops activities in Colombia and travels to other countries to promote Colombian cinema. In its prior editions, it was hosted at the Bordeaux International Independent Film Festival in France (2013) and in Vilnius, Lithuania (2014).

FIDAAC offers the public a journey through the past, present and future of Colombian cinema by showcasing feature-length films, short films and music video clips.

Program 1:
¡PACIFISTA!, a VICE Colombia project. A platform for peacemaking that contributes to the opening of spaces for analysis and reflection in Colombia through documentary filmmaking.

Program 2:
“Medellín in one minute” and “Antioquia in one minute.”

Admission is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Doors open 30 minutes prior to event.
